Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) is seeking an Audio Visual Project Officer to work in support of the Office of the DoW Chief Information Officer. In this key role, you will develop and produce training materials to support the Workforce Innovation Division of the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO). Additionally, you will provide technical advice and guidance on an array of Cyber Excepted Services (CES) related Human Resources matters to DoW component leaders, HR offices, and the general workforce.

This position does not permit hybrid or remote work with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop and / or revise materials and deliver Cyber training to the workforce, their managers, and/or their HR managers ensuring compliance with 508 requirements when completed.
  • Develop and update training modules aimed at providing superior training and upskilling opportunities relating to Cyber workforce.
  • Develop video training and other products to increase the overall DoW Cyber Workforce (DCWF) awareness for prospective candidates and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and deploy training materials that explain key program mechanics including Cyber occupational structure, employment and placement, compensation, and benefits to servicing human resource practitioners.
  • Develop executive briefs, point papers, reports, information papers, action memos, training modules, fact sheets, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Media, Graphic Design, or other related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working on training development and production of audio-visual training materials with particular emphasis on social media products.
  • Experience applying 508 compliance requirements for all products generated.
  • Experience using Canva and the full suite of Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with Service- and/or OSW-level strategy, policy, governance or resource allocation processes as a result of previous government, military and/or private sector assignments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and common office software applications.
  • Background and training in the application of various knowledge management and collaborative tools including the use of MS SharePoint.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:
$119,200$172,900 USD
