IPG Photonics is seeking a motivated and hands-on Network Administrator (UC/AV) to join our global Network and Telecommunications team This role supports a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment and is responsible for the deployment, operation, and support of enterprise audio-visual and collaboration technologies, along with first-level escalation support for the global network.
The primary focus of this position is the ownership and day-to-day support of AV and unified communications solutions across conference rooms, training spaces, and special events. A key initial initiative for this role will be supporting IPG’s migration from Cisco-based video conferencing platforms to Microsoft Teams Rooms
The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to support business-critical collaboration systems in a global enterprise environment.
