• 映像技術スタッフは、生放送における番組のカメラ操作やスイッチング、インサート撮影を担当するポジションです。
• 番組の撮影において、カメラ映像に関する技術力と表現力を駆使し、独自の価値を創出する役割を担います。

勤務場所

• このポジションはオンサイトであり、毎日幕張本社で勤務する必要があります。

仕事内容

• 生放送の運用業務：生放送を中心とした番組制作において、ロボットカメラや スタジオ内のカメラ（ペデスタル、クレーン、ハンディカメラなど）の操作業務を行う。 スイッチャー担当時は、送出映像に責任を持ち、円滑にライブ配信を進行させる。 機材トラブルへの対応方法を理解し、適切に対処する。
• ライブ配信の技術業務：配信スタジオ内の技術業務を行う。 音声担当時は、出演者の音声バランス調整を最優先に行いつつ、BGMやSEを適切なタイミングで送出する
• 機材管理：インサート撮影において、使用機材（カメラ、フィルター、特殊機材など）の選定から実際の操作・撮影に至るまで
• 全責任を負い、制作に必要な映像を撮影する。

応募資格

• 映像機器に関する知識および技術。
• 映像技術の実務経験3年以上。
• 機器のトラブル発生時に適切に対応・判断できる能力。
• 関係者と連携するためのコミュニケーション能力。
• 早朝・深夜のシフト勤務に対応できること。
• スイッチャー経験あれば尚可。
