You will use consultation, co-ordination and facilitation skills to ensure a joined-up approach to programming across our sites and directorates based on alignment with our strategy objectives and KPI’s.
  • You will utilise effective communication skills to ensure key internal stakeholders are engaged with PAHSMA’s programming calendar and processes for planning and delivering programming, promoting cooperation and collaboration.
  • You will champion the use of audience insight in all programming activity and work alongside PAHSMA’s Interpretation Manager to imbed audience segmentation, monitoring and evaluation across the organisation.
  • Drawing on your stakeholder management skills you will work with existing partners to deliver events like ‘Lightwave’ and develop new, mutually beneficial partnerships that support PAHSMA in building relationship and relevance with priority audiences and local community.
  • You will manage budgets, timelines and procedures associated with offers you are directly developing and delivering ensuring clear priorities and deliverables are met.
