About your team
The Audience Architecture & Activation team designs audience strategy and activation for orchestrated, real time journeys. While enterprise data quality and monitoring are centralised in the Snowflake platform team, this team focuses on Segmentation Strategy, Identity & Consent governance, and end to end activation design across customer data platforms, orchestration engines and Snowflake.
About your role
Builds and maintains orchestration engine traits, audiences, and real‑time triggers that power multi‑channel journeys with defined SLAs for freshness, latency, and reliability; partners with Orchestration Marketing on journey decisioning and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate journey requirements into orchestration engine traits, segments, and trigger logic; manage naming, versioning, and approvals.
Implement and monitor SLAs for trigger latency/freshness; configure rate limiting and prioritization where needed.
Validate audience logic and trigger behavior via QA and controlled experiments; ensure consent and preference enforcement.
Collaborate with CDP Platform and centralized data teams to troubleshoot data issues and maintain data contracts.
Create documentation and self‑service guides; deliver enablement for regional marketers and operations.
Track segment coverage, trigger performance, and defect escape rate; drive continuous optimisation.
About you
Experienced in data management/manipulation and creating audiences for marketing campaigns.
Practical experience with any proven orchestration engine (segments, catalogs/traits, Canvas/journeys, subscriptions).
Working knowledge of Snowflake SQL and any customer data platform (CDP) Segment data flows, filtering etc.
Understanding of consent, preferences, and channel deliverability considerations.
Solid grasp of data logic, structures and architecture.
Experience with QA/testing practices and basic experimentation (A/B) in lifecycle marketing.
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
