Reporting to the Auction Services Manager, the Auction Services Coordinator owns the coordination of assigned vendor, BDM and auction workflows across the full auction lifecycle – from onboarding and sale readiness through to post-sale administration and financial workflow follow-up. You'll turn instructions into clear actions, keep stock and sale activity visible, and follow issues through to resolution.
You'll be the practical local coordination point between Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and offshore support – working within SAMOS and our national processes to make sure sale-critical information is complete, owners and due dates are clear, and blockers are escalated early.
This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week, based at our Pooraka, South Australia site.
