Intern pathways and opportunities
Our internship programme runs mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027. We offer the following pathways:
Two six‑week rotations across Business Advisory and Audit
Two six‑week rotations across Business Advisory and Tax
A dedicated Tax internship where you’ll spend the full twelve-weeks in our Tax team
When you apply, you’ll be able to indicate your preferred pathway. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your interests and options further with our team during the interview process. Final pathway offers will be made based on your preferences, suitability, and role availability at the time.
All options include:

About you
We’re looking for interns who:
Are in their penultimate year of university
Are majoring in accounting
Plan to become a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or CPA pathway)
Ideally have part-time work experience, volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities
Have the right to work in New Zealand
Bring initiative, adaptability and strong analytical skills. Interns who can embrace technology, think critically and communicate effectively will thrive as accountants
The details
Internship dates: Mid‑November 2026 to mid‑February 2027 (12 weeks total), with a three‑week break over the Christmas shutdown.
Location: 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland CBD (we moved to a new open-plan office in late 2025)
Options: Business advisory/audit rotation or a tax internship
