Role Overview

  • As an AU RTO Enrollments Support Officer, you’ll play a key role in helping future students navigate one of the most important decisions they’ll make — their education. You’ll be the steady guide behind the scenes and in conversations, making complex processes feel simple and clear.

  • It’s about turning interest into action, questions into clarity, and processes into seamless experiences — all while ensuring every enrolment is handled with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound enquiries from prospective students via calls, email, and CRM systems.

  • Support students through the enrolment process from enquiry to completion.

  • Conduct eligibility checks and suitability assessments.

  • Provide accurate information on courses, funding, and entry requirements.

  • Maintain accurate student records across CRM and internal systems.

  • Ensure all enrollments meet RTO compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate enrollments.


Requirements


Required Qualifications (

Must-Have):

  • 2+ years experience in enrollments, admissions, administrative support, or similar roles.

  • Experience handling enquiries and guiding individuals through structured processes.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage workload while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Australian RTOs or education providers.

  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in education or training environments.

  • ASQA, AQF or VET Quality Framework.

  • aXcelerate (Student Management System), Google Workspace & Student Convert.

Work Details

  • Work Setup: 100% Work from Home.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day-shift (AEST).

  • Employment Type: Full-time.
