Role Overview

  • As an

    AU RTO CPD Administration Officer

    , you’ll help power the processes behind Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for one of Australia’s respected professional member bodies.

  • Think of this role as the

    . From maintaining CPD records and testing online learning content to managing inbox enquiries and supporting reporting, your work ensures the CPD team operates with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CPD team.

  • Maintain accurate data entry and record management for CPD activities.

  • Conduct user testing of online CPD content to identify errors or issues.

  • Analyze data and assist in generating reports.

  • Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and documentation.

  • Monitor and manage the team inbox, responding or escalating enquiries as required.

  • Support document updates and compliance tracking.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across records and documentation.


Requirements


Required Qualifications (

Must-Have):

  • Minimum

    2 years’ experience in administrative support roles in the education sector.

  • Strong

    attention to detail

    in reviewing and editing work.

  • Experience with

    data entry and record management.

  • Proficiency in

    Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

  • Experience managing

    shared inboxes or mailboxes.

  • Ability to work

    independently in a remote work setup.

  • Strong

    written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to

    prioritize tasks and manage workload within business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to

    Moodle, Salesforce, or similar systems.

  • Experience supporting

    education, training, or compliance teams.

  • Experience working with

    professional development or membership-based organizations.
