Role Overview

    AU RTO Administration Support Officer

    , you’re the engine behind the student journey — from first enrolment to ongoing progress. You’ll balance precision with people skills, handling data, systems, and enquiries with equal confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support student admissions and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready student records.

  • Handle inbound calls and email enquiries professionally.

  • Prepare reports and maintain administrative documentation.

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.

  • Follow established processes and internal guidelines.


Requirements


Required Qualifications Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or support roles in the education sector.

  • Experience handling customer enquiries via phone and email.

  • Experience using CRM systems, databases, or administrative platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

  • Clear and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in education or Australian RTO environment.

  • Exposure to process-driven or compliance-focused workplaces.
