  This role is open to candidates with as little as
  1 year of Australian mortgage experience.

• 
  You’ll be helping ensure home loan applications are prepared, packaged, and submitted smoothly. It’s admin-heavy, highly process-driven, and critical to the success of every loan application.

• 
  Reprice loans and order valuations.
• 
  Rename and validate supporting documents.
• 
  Use lender checklists to confirm document completeness.
• 
  Advise clients (via the internal team) on outstanding requirements.
• 
  Enter accurate data into Quickli.
• 
  Prepare lender documentation and Apply Online submissions.
• 
  Send out credit guides and compliance documents.

Requirements

• 
  Obsessed with accuracy and attention to detail.
• 
  Comfortable with structured, repeatable tasks.
• 
  Proactive when something doesn’t look right.
• 
  Keen to learn and understand the full mortgage process.

• 
  At least 1–2 years of Australian mortgage processing experience.
• 
  Background in finance, real estate, or lending is a strong advantage.

  Comfortable using software platforms and CRMs.
• 
  Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• 
  You like knowing what “done right” looks like and working steadily toward it.
• 
  You enjoy calm, structured workflows—and feel a small win when everything aligns.
