• 
  You’ll be the
  Credit Analyst
  the broker
  doesn’t
  need to chase. You’ll structure deals, prep clean credit submissions, liaise with lenders, and follow everything through to settlement. You’ll manage your files solo—but you’re never alone.

• 
  Analyze income, credit, and serviceability across lender panels.
• 
  Structure loan scenarios and recommend best-fit products.
• 
  Prepare & lodge high-quality credit submissions.
• 
  Follow up with BDMs, assessors, and clients.
• 
  Track every milestone until settlement, with notes in SalesTrekker.
• 
  Flag policy gaps or risks early.

Requirements

• 
  You’ve done this before—at least 5 years of end-to-end experience.
• 
  You’re across PAYG, self-employed, and complex incomes.
• 
  You work fast, think ahead, and don’t need babysitting.
• 
  You’ve got an eye for detail and a habit of hitting deadlines.

• 
  You’ve worked in broking, banking, or credit assessment.
• 
  You’ve used CRMs (SalesTrekker is a plus!).
• 
  You know the difference between policy, practice, and lender preference.

• 
  You’ll work remotely with a supportive broker who
