  Design and develop engaging online and blended learning programs.

  Convert knowledge resources into interactive digital learning content.

  Manage instructional design projects from planning through delivery.

  Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions.

  Evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum of
  3 years of instructional design experience
  .
• 
  Experience designing and developing
  online and blended learning
  programs.
• 
  Strong knowledge of
  instructional design methodologies
  .
• 
  Experience using
  eLearning authoring tools
  and
  Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  .
• 
  Strong project management skills.
• 
  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  Experience facilitating virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
• 
  Passion for adult learning and continuous improvement.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
