Associate Attorney – Trusts & Estates Litigation

An established trusts and estates practice in Walnut Creek is seeking an Associate Attorney to support a growing litigation team handling sophisticated trust, estate, and probate matters. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking direct mentorship, meaningful responsibility, and long-term growth within a specialized practice area.

The firm represents clients in complex trust disputes, probate litigation, fiduciary matters, and related estate issues. Attorneys work closely with experienced practitioners while developing litigation, client counseling, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Trust and Estate Litigation experience preferred
• Strong civil litigators from transferable practice areas will be considered
• Interest in building a long-term career in Trusts & Estates law
• Coachable and growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $120,000–$160,000+ DOE
• Higher compensation may be available for exceptional experience
