A well-established law firm based in Newport Beach is hiring a Trust Litigation Attorney to join its thriving probate litigation practice. With multiple trials scheduled in the coming months, the team is expanding and seeking an attorney ready to take ownership of complex, high-stakes matters.

This role offers a unique opportunity to second-chair trials, collaborate directly with senior partners, and gradually build an independent caseload with ongoing mentorship. What You'll Do:

• Handle a mix of complex trust and estate disputes

• Collaborate with partners to develop legal strategies

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Manage and grow your own caseload with full support
