Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates
• Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership
• 1–5+ years of civil litigation defense experience preferred
• Experience with rideshare, auto, or UM/UIM litigation preferred
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with litigation teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$200,000 depending on experience
