This hybrid role supports both attorney recruiting operations and marketing-driven recruitment initiatives to elevate the firm’s employer brand and attract top legal talent. The coordinator will work closely with the Attorney Recruitment Manager and the Marketing & BD team to execute full cycle recruiting tasks and develop compelling talent branding, digital content, and event outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Operations

  • Assist Attorney Recruitment Manager with all aspects of associate/partner recruitment
  • Maintain ATS for attorney positions, including job creation and closing requisitions
  • Create and update associate job descriptions across practice areas
  • Coordinate scheduling, screening, and callback interviews with candidates and attorneys
  • Assist with preparing offer letters
  • Support onboarding and integration of new attorneys (associates and partners)
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet of new/current/termed attorneys
  • Manage recruiting and Mentor Program budgets
  • Coordinate Summer Associate Program across all three offices, including scheduling, events, and onboarding logistics
  • Coordinate Mentor Program activities and communications
  • Strengthen candidate experience, including communications, follow-up, and touchpoints

Talent Marketing + Employer Brand Initiatives

  • Maintain and continuously enhance the Careers + Recruiting areas of the firm website
  • Support promotion of open roles, lateral opportunities, summer programming, and clerk recruitment
  • Develop talent-focused content for LinkedIn and other platforms (attorney spotlights, summer associate features, career journey stories)
  • Partner with attorneys and Marketing on short-form recruiting / culture video content
  • Manage posting strategy across job boards, law school portals, bar associations, and diversity job boards
  • Identify and coordinate law school events, job fairs, bar association recruiting programs, and pipeline partnerships
  • Create recruiting collateral (brochures, flyers, one-sheets, digital slides, email campaigns)
  • Support development of recruiting presentations and campus/virtual program materials
  • Monitor recruiting marketing analytics (website traffic, applicant sources, campaign performance)
  • Maintain a recruiting content calendar and reporting dashboard
  • Execute alumni and summer associate engagement content
  • Assist in internal communications related to recruiting initiatives and new hires

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in legal recruiting or professional services recruiting
  • Demonstrated confidentiality, diplomacy, and responsiveness
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Comfort engaging with attorneys, candidates, and external schools/organizations
  • Creative mindset and interest in employer branding strongly preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or marketing tools a plus
