This role, based in our Richmond, VA office, is ideal for someone passionate about early talent engagement, relationship-building, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with a particular focus on recruiting from law schools. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will help strengthen the firm’s presence at targeted law schools, manage a best-in-class Summer Associate Program, and create meaningful connections with future legal talent.
