A prominent Los Angeles plaintiffs’ firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value matters involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, serious accidents, and claims against major institutions and insurers, and it has played a significant role in landmark California plaintiffs’ litigation.

Position Highlights

• Location: Los Angeles, California
• Practice Area: Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation
• Work Schedule: Primarily onsite for approximately the first 90 days, with the possibility of one to two remote days per week afterward
• Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus a discretionary year-end bonus

Responsibilities

Manage personal injury litigation matters, conduct discovery and depositions, draft pleadings and motions, evaluate liability and damages, prepare mediation cases, and assist with trial preparation.

Qualifications

Active California Bar membership and 2–8 years of civil litigation experience are required. Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred, although attorneys with insurance defense or medical malpractice defense backgrounds may be considered.
