Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company in litigation matters, providing strategic legal advice and support.
  • Serve as a key legal advisor to the company, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Active bar license. (OHIO)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate transactional law and litigation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong inclination towards self-driven success and a high degree of professional autonomy.
  • Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of corporate legal matters.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
