A respected female-led litigation firm is seeking a litigation attorney with strong courtroom instincts and a genuine interest in trial work. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants meaningful litigation responsibility, substantial courtroom exposure, and mentorship from highly experienced trial lawyers.

The practice includes civil defense matters involving professional and general liability litigation. Attorneys are given active roles in litigation strategy, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.

Unlike many litigation environments where attorneys remain behind the scenes, this role offers direct involvement in high-level litigation matters and hands-on experience throughout the life of a case.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable handling litigation matters independently
• Interest in trial work and courtroom development

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $110,000 – $200,000 depending on experience
• Quarterly bonus eligibility
