Job Description

Mission Recruiting proudly represents a national law firm hiring multiple associate attorneys for its expanding Litigation division in Southern CA. The firm is seeking attorneys with 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation, to support increased demand across General Liability and Product Liability matters throughout California.

Associates may choose to work from the firm’s Irvine or Los Angeles office.

This is a hands-on litigation role involving active caseload management, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, witness preparation, court filings and e-filings, trial preparation, and litigation support. Product liability or line-specific general liability experience is a plus.

The firm offers a collaborative work environment, structured professional development, and a mentorship program for associates.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified candidates should have:
• Active California bar admission
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• General liability defense experience preferred
• Deposition experience strongly preferred
• Motion practice required or strongly preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple matters efficiently

Key Details

• Salary Range: Approximately $140,000 to $195,000+, depending on experience
• Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and unlimited time off.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 days remote, with potential remote flexibility depending on business needs and fit
• Billable Hours: 1,900 annual billable hour requirement
• Location: Irvine, CA or Los Angeles, CA
