The Senior Attorney, Energy & Clean Technology, provides legal counsel and advocacy in matters involving energy and clean technology. The role combines litigation, legal writing, client communication, statutory research, and case management, with responsibility for preparing matters for trial and conducting court depositions. Your impact: Clear, well-supported advocacy helps clients understand their legal options and navigate complex proceedings.

Duties

• Manage litigation and legal cases from preparation through proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, arguments, and other written materials.
• Communicate with clients about matters, needs, and legal options.
• Provide legal counsel and advocate for clients’ interests.
• Prepare cases for trial, including organizing relevant materials.
• Conduct court depositions and support litigation proceedings.
• Research statutes relevant to energy and clean technology matters.

Experience

• Senior-level legal experience handling litigation and case management.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide clear, practical legal counsel to clients.
• Effective communication and advocacy in legal settings.
• Familiarity with statutory research and court proceedings.
• Sound judgment when preparing cases and managing legal matters.
