A highly respected Northern California full-service business law firm has an Attorney – Employment Litigation opening in their San Jose office. My client currently has 77 attorneys specializing in an array of practice areas. Their diverse business practices help guide businesses of all sizes through the challenges of owning, operating, and succeeding in California They seek to provide sound business advice from incorporation to ongoing day-to-day management, whether it involves advising on c orporate structure, employment advice, counsel, leasing, real estate development, and all facets of litigation

Key Responsibilities:

Attorneys:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and complaints
• Manage discovery and legal research
• Represent clients in court
• Provide counsel on FMLA, ADA, and EEOC compliance
• Manage caseload from inception through resolution
