Launch your litigation career in San Francisco with a plaintiff-side employment litigation team focused on mentorship, courtroom experience, and professional growth. This opportunity offers immediate substantive litigation exposure, including depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts
• Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trial work

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Employment law experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage cases within a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$180,000 based on experience
