The mid- to senior-level Attorney will defend employment law matters through litigation, legal advocacy, and counsel to clients. The role combines legal writing, statutory research, case management, client communication, and preparation for trials and depositions. Responsibilities

• Manage employment law defense matters through litigation.
• Draft legal documents and other case-related writing.
• Communicate with clients about matters and legal options.
• Provide legal counsel and advocate for clients’ interests.
• Conduct statutory legal research relevant to cases.
• Prepare cases for trial and court depositions.
• Organize and track matters through legal case management.

Experience

• Mid- to senior-level attorney experience suited to employment law defense.
• Knowledge of employment law and litigation practice.
• Strong legal writing and statutory research skills.
• Effective client communication and legal advocacy abilities.
• Sound organization and case management skills.
