
A confidential Los Angeles boutique law firm serving high-end clientele is seeking a mid-level Corporate/M&A attorney with 6+ years of mergers and acquisitions transaction experience.
This role is ideal for an attorney who can run meaningful pieces of a deal, maintain regular contact with clients and opposing counsel, and handle sophisticated corporate transactional work in a supportive boutique environment. The work includes stock and asset purchase agreements, ancillary acquisition agreements, employment agreements, NDAs, LLC agreements, stockholders’ agreements, and corporate governance documents.
Base salary is $240,000 to $290,000, with a 1,800-hour annual billable requirement, a $2,500 annual business development budget, and hybrid flexibility of up to 3 remote days per week.
