Job Description

An established civil litigation practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney for its West Los Angeles office. This role offers substantive litigation responsibility, direct client interaction, and mentorship within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Appear in court and handle motion practice
• Draft pleadings and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations and pre-trial preparation
• Support trial strategy and trial work
• Build and maintain client relationships

Qualifications

• Active license with the State Bar of California
• Interest in civil litigation defense and professional development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting based in West Los Angeles

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $130,000–$200,000
