Job Description

Join a fast-paced consumer litigation practice representing individuals in warranty-related disputes. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, meaningful client advocacy, and the opportunity to manage cases from intake through resolution. Lemon Law experience is preferred, though strong civil litigators with transferable litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from intake through trial
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in court
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel

Qualifications

• California Bar admission (or awaiting results with substantial litigation exposure)
• Civil litigation experience preferred
• Strong motion, deposition, and case management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $130,000–$260,000
