Job Description

An established civil litigation practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Las Vegas office. This position is suited for candidates with 2–5 years of civil litigation experience interested in handling matters in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

This role involves direct responsibility for case handling, including court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and client updates. The attorney will also prepare for and participate in trials.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility, mentoring for developing attorneys, and professional development support.

Requirements
