You’ll be litigating under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, tackling manufacturers head-on. This is courtroom work. Hands-on. No silos. No fluff. Just you, your legal mind, and a mission to deliver justice for California’s consumers.

What You’ll Do:

• Own lemon law cases from intake to trial
• Draft powerful motions and pleadings
• Take and defend depositions
• Go toe-to-toe with defense counsel
• Inspect vehicles to build compelling cases
• Represent clients in court with confidence and clarity

Who You Are:

• Civil litigator with edge and energy
• Lemon law experience? Great. If not, bring serious litigation chops
• Comfortable with depositions, motion work, and trial prep
• California Bar licensed (or awaiting results with solid courtroom exposure)
