Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include a 3-8 years' of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense.

We offer a hybrid working schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Flexible Time Off, and the Firm pays for your medical/dental/vision monthly premiums.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah;
• A strong work ethic and the ability to independently manage case files;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Exceptional research and writing skills;
• Interest in marketing and client development;
• Trial experience, preferred; and,
• Ability to travel.
