We’re offering an opportunity for a high-drive Personal Injury Attorney to step into a loaded docket of up to 200 active cases on day one. Roughly 90% of these cases settle before litigation, which means the right attorney can move fast, negotiate aggressively, and rack up settlements. You’ll have your own dedicated paralegal to keep files moving so you can focus on what matters most — closing cases and collecting wins.
No prior personal injury experience? Not a problem. Full training will be provided — what matters is your drive, your work ethic, and your ability to learn quickly and perform under pressure.
This is a role for an attorney who wants to make real money, real fast.
What You’ll Do
Own a high-volume docket and move cases aggressively toward resolution
Negotiate settlements that maximize both client outcomes and personal earnings
Partner with your assigned paralegal to keep the pipeline efficient and organized
Build strong client relationships while driving cases forward with urgency
Prepare demands, negotiate, and finalize settlements at speed
What We’re Looking For
Licensed attorney, in good standing
Personal injury experience helpful but not required — we’ll train the right attorney
Fierce negotiator with the confidence to push for top-dollar outcomes
Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Unapologetically competitive and motivated by results
Compensation
Initial base period followed by commission-only structure after a few months
Realistic first-year earnings: $300,000 – $350,000+ if you put in the work
Ongoing flow of cases to keep your docket full
Dedicated paralegal to help you move faster and focus on settlements
