Here's your chance to step into the role of Attendant F&B - AIN Dubai - Dubai Holding Entertainment In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and menu knowledge
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
  • Upsell menu items, promotions, and additional services
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of work and dining areas
  • Ensure tables are properly set and cleared
  • Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and proper storage of items
  • Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality degree/diploma preferred

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience.

  • Strong understanding of F&B standards, service, and upselling

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
