REQ7935 Attendant, Car Park (Open)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To collect parking fees according to company’s policy & give change by using cash register.
• To process ticket validation for entitlement offered by casino, hotels, and restaurants & authorised parties.
• To open & close gates to allow entry to and exit from parking areas when needed.
• To monitor flows of vehicle from & to entry & exit & communicated with superior & Security Department assistance requested from guests or issues that may affect service, safety & security.
• To patrol the car park regularly to ensure facility are in good conditions & complete check list.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and / or security issues to supervisors.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience

• Minimum 1 year working experience in the same position of a sizable car park, and/or
• Minimum 1 year working experience in service industry, preferably in hotel sector, and/or
• Minimum 1 year working experience in face-to-face customer service unit

Education

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent professional training

Skills / Competencies

• Prudent, patient & pleasant. Cooperative and obedient
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
• Ability to communicate in English
• Reasonably fit and capable of handling money
• Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
• Ability to work on overtime when needed
