Attendance Specialist, Home Care

Location: Hugo, Oklahoma/Onsite

Monday - Friday I Full time

AsAttendance Specialist,you’llcontribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Monitor andmaintainaccurateelectronic timekeeping records for Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) using EVV systems

  • Review, verify, and reconcile visit data to ensure accuracy for payroll and billing purposes

  • Identifyand resolve exceptions such as missed punches, incorrect visit types, or unmatched records

  • Communicate with caregivers and supervisors to correct timekeeping discrepancies in real time

  • Ensure compliance with state EVV requirements and internal company policies

  • Track and report on attendance trends, missing documentation, andutilizationissues

  • Assistwith payroll preparation by ensuring all verified visits are complete andaccurateby deadlines

  • Provide support and training to staff on EVV usage, time entry corrections, and best practices

  • Collaborate with operations, billing, and compliance teams to improve workflows and reduce errors

What is Required?

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 1 year of general office, clerical, and personal care experience is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail

  • Experiencewith time and attendance systems, EVV platforms, or similar workforce management tools, is preferred

  • Communicate effectivelywith team members

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume calls, competing priorities, and tight deadlines

  • Proficientin Microsoft Excel and data tracking/reporting tools

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and independently

You will report to theDirector of Business Operations
