ATTC Programme Management Support Officer

The Advanced Therapy Treatment Centres (ATTC) Programme Management Support Officer will provide dedicated support and assistance to the Director of ATTC Network Coordination and the ATTC Network team, with a focus on ensuring the efficient management, reporting, and delivery of project management-oriented network activities. This role will be a Fixed Term Contract until approximately March 2028.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external ATTC teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between individual ATTC Centres and the CGT Catapult
  • Organise and support ATTC network meetings and events, including tasks such as minute-taking, logistics, managing diaries, equipment, and other arrangements
  • Ensure contract and grant compliance, including accurate recording and record retention
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Director of ATTC Network Coordination
  • Propose and implement solutions that support business needs and continuously improve programme administration
  • Maintain organised programme document filing
  • Produce presentations and manage excel-based management information for senior management and stakeholders

PMO

  • Develop and support the maintenance of project plans, e.g., programme milestones
  • Support the project management team with ad hoc requirements for individual projects and workstreams
  • Programme metrics – support the development of project metrics, including the analysis and reporting of performance (KPIs) on behalf of the ATTC team
  • Prepare project reports, including relevant dashboards and risk registers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external Collaborators to ensure effective project delivery
  • Manage impact data, collating metrics agreed by Innovate UK (IUK), and support the development of project metrics, including KPI analysis and reporting on behalf of the ATTC team, liaising with the ATTCs and IUK as appropriate to ensure correct governance and sign off, successful and timely submissions

Finance

  • In collaboration with CGT Catapult Finance team, support the central tracking of budget and spend within CGT Catapult and the ATTC network, and provide the necessary reports to key stakeholders, keeping appropriate records and working with the ATTC Centres to ensure financial reporting is timely and accurate
  • Act as a primary liaison with the CGT Catapult Finance team to coordinate financial reporting to IUK
  • Raise shopping carts for programme associated spend and track expenditure

Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of using project management methodologies and tools
  • Demonstrable experience in budget reporting
  • Direct exposure to project management-related tasks such as project planning, key performance indicators (KPIs), project scheduling, risk management, and financial management, meeting management
  • Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Experience working within Networks and/or large cross organisation teams (desirable)

Education / Qualifications:

  • Minimum ‘A’ Level educated or equivalent standard of education
