Key Responsibilities of our AT&T Wireless Sales Account Representative:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and current residential customers, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and support needs throughout the sales process
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their telecommunications needs, preferences, and inquiries
  • Recommend and promote the client's products, services, and solutions that align with the customer's needs and objectives during the sales process
