Job Description:

The position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant finance operations across treasury, banking, cross-border payments and collections, foreign exchange administration, intercompany accounts and selected entity support activities.

The role partners closely with Treasury, Cash Management, Accounting, Business Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, banks and external service providers to safeguard liquidity, strengthen financial controls, support regulatory compliance and drive operational excellence in a complex multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily banking operations, including bank account maintenance, access and authorization reviews, signatory updates, fund transfers and cash-pooling activities.
  • Execute and monitor domestic and cross-border payments and collections, including third-party, inventory, equipment and intercompany transactions.
  • Manage foreign exchange and SAFE-related declarations, transaction documentation, regulatory inquiries and inspection support.
  • Monitor intercompany AP/AR balances and aging, lead regular aging reviews and drive the resolution of overdue, unmatched or abnormal items.
  • Provide banking and transaction documentation to support cash accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliation and period-end closing.
  • Support trial balance refreshes, inventory adjustments, intercompany pricing maintenance, rebate settlements and sales-related price adjustments.
  • Coordinate selected corporate governance and entity administration activities, including board documentation, annual returns, business registration and bank signatory updates.
  • Support internal and external audits, bank reviews and regulatory inspections, ensuring complete and audit-ready documentation.
  • Maintain SOPs, approval matrices and control documentation while identifying opportunities for process standardization, automation and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong partnerships with local, regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fully qualified accountant or holder of an internationally recognized equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
  • Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced business environment is preferred.

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong reading comprehension.
  • Cantonese is preferred but not required.
