Job Description

1. Complete daily administrative tasks according to SOP: - Responsible for document receipt and dispatch, filing, data organization and maintenance, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible. - Assist with internal departmental administrative operations, such as meeting room reservations, office supplies requests, and management. 2. Assist supervisors with business travel and meeting arrangements: - Book transportation and accommodation, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate meeting times and locations. - Support communication between supervisors and external partners or clients. 3. Document processing and review: - Assist supervisors in reviewing, proofreading, and organizing various documents to ensure accuracy. - Help compile and format internal departmental reports and presentation materials. 4. Visitor reception and process management: - According to company visitor procedures, responsible for guest reception, registration, and guidance, maintaining the company's professional image. - Assist in arranging visitor tour routes or meeting venues. 5. Execution of tasks assigned by supervisors: - Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors and provide timely progress updates. - Assist with simple cross-departmental communication and exchange of necessary information.
