Job Summary

The ATO Coordinator provides direct client support and assists with program operations, administration, reporting, communications, special projects, and community outreach. This position works with the ATO Supervisor and program staff to support client services and program needs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide direct support to clients in accordance with ATO Program policies, procedures, and guidelines, while supporting the ongoing development and improvement of program materials.
  2. Provide administrative and operational support to the ATO Supervisor and program staff, including preparing correspondence, maintaining records, compiling reports, and completing other program-related tasks.
  3. Assist with special projects, including data collection, analysis, summary reporting, case management, and other program initiatives.
  4. Coordinate social media and marketing activities for the agency’s asset programs, including the quarterly ATO Newsletter and monthly philanthropy-related submissions across various platforms.
  5. Maintain professional relationships with clients, A New Leaf employees, community members, partners, and the public while appropriately representing A New Leaf and the MesaCAN ATO Program.
  6. Present information about the ATO Program and A New Leaf to community members, organizations, and other interested parties.
  7. Represent the ATO Program at events, meetings, assemblies, and other community functions.
  8. Participate in the orientation and training of new and temporary staff.
  9. Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  11. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling client and family information.
  12. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, coworkers, community members, and community partners.
  13. Drive a personal vehicle to conduct program-related business as required.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings, trainings, projects, and other activities as requested by management.
  15. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred.

Experience

  • One year of experience in social services, case management, program coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with clients, community members, or diverse populations.
  • Experience with data collection, reporting, or social media/communications preferred.
  • Knowledge of relevant market trends and the development of asset-building programs preferred.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based work with occasional travel to various locations for meetings or site visits.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. for materials or office supplies.
  • Standard office environment with exposure to typical office equipment, such as computers, phones, and printers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
