Als Aspirant Teammanager/Teamleider in opleiding leer je hoe onze afdelingsoperatie werkt en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden op het gebied van leidinggeven. Vanaf de start heb jij een eigen team van 4-6 collega’s die jij aanstuurt en ontwikkelt. Je krijgt een mentor voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en een coach binnen het MT om te kijken naar jouw ontwikkeling.
Naast de praktijkervaring die je opdoet, volg je het interne opleidingsprogramma zodat jij je kan ontwikkelen tot een leider passend bij de IKEA waarden. Tijdens de trainingsdagen leer je alle facetten kennen van IKEA Nederland en leer je meer over jezelf en wie jij bent als leider. Door te doen en te ervaren, ga jij jezelf en uiteindelijk ook je team ontwikkelen. Jouw taak om de focus op people en de business in balans te houden!
