Responsibilities:

• Support for Company Owned ATM Network
• Handles vendor related calls and other requests coming from Direct Clients which are related to Acquiring & Corporate Products
• Act as a back-up for Issuing Contact Center when necessary or as a 1st line call support if specific language requires are in place
• Analyze inspection data, conduct trends analysis and identify root causes of trends. Solve and/or make recommendations to implement changes to correct problems.
• Assist with special projects in its area
• Conduct inspections, prepare required documentation, and interpret basic analytical data.
• Contributes to the improvement of existing procedures and drawing new ones in case of need
• Ensuring Quality Monitoring of individuals to meet department SLA’s and KPI’s.
• May provide inputs for training need.
• May coordinate the rollout of client-specific procedures within the service center.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of banking & association rules and regulations
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of Albanian language is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft tools
• Ability to read, write, type, complete basic arithmetic, and multi task
• Customer service and research skills required
• Verbal Communication and Phone Skills
