Job Description

The ATM & Card Associate II supports the execution of strategic initiatives across the bank’s ATM and card businesses. The role partners closely with strategy, operations, technology, risk, and frontline teams to translate data and insights into clear messaging and actionable outcomes to manage risk and support the day-to-day stability of the ATM and card programs.

Position Accountabilities

  • Support the planning, implementation, and execution of strategic initiatives related to ATM and card services.
  • Own assigned workstreams within ATM and card initiatives, including analysis, coordination, documentation, and follow‑up, with periodic updates to leadership.
  • Assist in the development of business cases.
  • Monitor and analyze ATM and card activity, trends, alerts, and performance metrics to identify risks, minimize disruptions, and support operational stability.
  • Assist with ongoing reporting, dashboards, and scorecards used to monitor ATM and card performance and inform decision‑making.
  • Troubleshoot and help resolve ATM and card‑related issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors as needed.
  • Support frontline teams with inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting to support audit, compliance, and control reviews.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and controls to mitigate operational risks.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize program performance and support initiative execution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to ATM and card services.

Organizational Relationship

This position reports to the Manager of ATM and Card Strategy.

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in banking, financial services, or payment operations (ATM, debit/credit card, or electronic banking preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing workstreams or small projects.
  • Proficiency in analyzing operational data, trends, and risk indicators using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners, including Technology, Risk, Operations, and third-party payment vendors.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of banking, payments, or financial services environments (ATM and/or card experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across diverse internal teams.
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort conducting independent research and analysis.

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Th is position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
