
SCOPE OF WORK: Performs administrative, technical, and communications duties in support of the College’s athletic programs and campus life initiatives. This full-time role enhances visibility, engagement, and branding for NHTI Athletics and campus life activities. The position reports to the Director of Athletics & Campus Life at NHTI, Concord’s Community College.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:High school diploma or GED. Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience.
Experience:Five (5) years' experience in marketing, public relations or a related field. Each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
License/Certification: Valid driver’s license.
RECOMMENDED WORK TRAITS: Demonstrates proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Production Truck (or similar products). Knowledge of methods and techniques for disseminating information to the public and media. Ability to plan and organize informational programs and to plan and direct the activities of subordinates. Ability to speak effectively before diverse interest groups. Ability to edit, proofread and analyze informational material. Ability to work independently and to consistently exercise professional judgment. Must be willing to maintain appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by the agency appointing authority.
