Job Description Summary
Provide general admin/office support.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities – Athletic Training Assistant (Athletic Department):
  • Assist with set-up and cleanup of athletic training stations, including preparing ice tubs and organizing materials
  • Fill and refill water bottles, roll out water machines, and ensure hydration stations are maintained
  • Lift and move items or boxes up to 15 lbs, including sports equipment, tape, and medical supplies
  • Package and unpack athletic training materials and restock inventory as needed
  • Record athlete measurables and maintain accurate logs for inventory and supplies
  • Support student-athlete appointments by assisting trainers with basic tasks and tracking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training room and work areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by certified athletic training staff

Required Qualifications
  • Little to minimal prior experience.
  • Ability to learn support process.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid CPR & First Aid Certification


Desired Qualifications
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key for both roles; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
