
Midland Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Athletic Trainer to join our West Texas Orthopedics Clinic team. This is a split-role position that combines clinical support responsibilities with athletic training coverage for a local school district.
SHIFT AND SCHEDULE
Full Time; Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
This role includes clinic-based patient support as well as athletic training services for Stanton ISD. The Athletic Trainer will work collaboratively with providers, patients, and school staff to ensure high-quality care and injury management.

Note: Work hours may be adjusted throughout the week to maintain an approximate 40-hour work schedule.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The individual must be able to:• Stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, see, speak and hear. Lifting is limited to 35 lbs. for clinical staff and to 50 lbs. for non-clinical staff.
