Physician Office | Miamisburg | Full-Time | First Shift

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Athletic Trainer I provides clinical care focused on the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for athletes and physically active individuals. This role supports patient safety, access to care, and optimal recovery by delivering evidence-based interventions and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from a Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE)-accredited programCompletion of supervised clinical experience as part of an accredited athletic training education program.Current Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Trainers; Ohio Athletic Trainer License (must be active and in good standing prior to start date); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained or completed during department orientation)

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Athletic Training Prior experience in athletic training settings, such as internships or volunteer work.
