The Athletic Support Assistant assists athletic staff with daily operations. Assists with recruiting program. Assists with administrative duties.
Additional Department Summary: Completes all video requests as assigned by department heads. Films and edits practice. Helps maintain XOS system, computers, and any other video equipment.
Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience.
Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends. Technical knowledge of equipment and video operations. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Self-directed in a multi-task environment. Ability to lift, handle, and maneuver the tools, materials, and supplies of the job. Ability to learn and take directions from other video department staff.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in video operations at the intercollegiate athletics level or NFL.
