O que você irá realizar:
• Fazer o atendimento, presencial ao cliente, passando informações e orientações de acordo com a necessidade.
• Direcionar os clientes aos setores competentes conforme instruído.
• Anotar recados no formulário padrão e transmitir imediatamente ao destinatário.
• Auxiliar em toda demanda administrativa sob sua subordinação.
• Responsável por executar serviços de apoio na área administrativa da Clínica, atendendo fornecedores e clientes, fornecendo, recebendo e transmitindo informações.
Requisitos:
Ensino médio completo
Laudo caracterizar atualizado
Local de Trabalho: Todos os Bairros do Rio de Janeiro - RJ
Horário de trabalho:De segunda a sexta, 4h diárias.
